KINGSVILLE, TX (September1, 2008):  The AMK Alumni Association announced that Dr. Albert Ruiz, Associate Professor of Kinesiology and Associate Dean of the College of Education, has been named the Javelina Alumni Association Rising Star Award recipient for 2008.
