Prospective Correspondence  Students ,
In as much as you have requested this bulletin, it is assumed that you are contemplating registering for a advantageous for you to know more about the nature of correspondence study.  The Center for Distance Learning & Cont. Ed. does not make any provision for direct personal teacher-made contact.  All correspondence between students and teachers will be in writing.

To successfully participate in correspondence work a person must be self disciplined to the extent that he/she sets aside a regular study time and adheres to it.  Many students enrolled in correspondence courses never complete their courses because they do not schedule their study time.

Frequently, students indicate that lessons were mailed to the Center for Distance Learning & Cont. Ed., and were never received by this office.  Therefore, it is imperative that a student make a copy of his/her lesson before mailing it.  The Center cannot give credit until the lessons are received in this office. The Center will not accept letters with postage due.  In order to avoid delay you should be sure to attach sufficient postage.

No more than three lessons of your total number of lessons will be processed by this office in any one calendar week.  The student should plan his/her work accordingly.
