Student Handbook

The Texas A&M University-Kingsville Student Handbook presents the University's regulations governing student conduct and staff and faculty obligations in their work with students. As a student at A&M-Kingsville, you should be familiar with the contents of the handbook and observe its requirements.

Child Care

The Texas A&M University-Kingsville Center for Young Children (CYC) provides a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of young children while responding to the needs of families. Visit the CYC site for more information on enrolling children in the day and night programs.

Campus Housing/Residence Life

Residence Life is responsible for overseeing the operation of the residence halls and married student housing. Our hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office is located at Room 100 (east entrance) in Lewis Hall.

Student Union Building

The Student Union Building operates in a partnership with students, faculty, and staff, providing a community center for Texas A&M University-Kingsville through educational programs, services, conveniences, and amenities needed in daily campus life. It's the center of student life on the campus. Visit the SUB website and see whats' going on there today!

International Programs

International Programs serve the needs of both domestic and international students. Support services are available for all students seeking opportunities to study abroad and to help locate financial resources such as scholarships and grants.

University Police Department

The University Police Department main function is to serve the students, faculty, staff, and to protect them and their property from criminal acts. The university police department is also charged with protecting university property, and to preserve the peace and maintain civil order on campus while enforcing all federal, state and local laws as well as university rules and regulations. The university police department also provides security for all buildings on the main campus and daily patrol of the 545 acre farm.

Crime Data Statistics

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, Texas A&M University-Kingsville has made crime reporting statistics available online. Print copies are available in the library, and by request from the Office of Public Affairs, University Police, and the Office of the Dean of Students.
