Yoga
This course is for students that want to have a relaxing and healthy way to exercise. All the styles of yoga have common, ancient roots, thought most have developed within the last century. Each style has unique properties, and has a different emphasis. Learn to strengthen your body’s core and control your flexibility with yoga.
