Belly dance is a beautiful art form that embraces womanhood and is fun, fitness and has multiple benefits. Learn belly dance moves while dancing and toning. Warm up with yoga stretches. Belly dance movements are natutal to a woman; massage and rejuvenate the internal organs. Empower and strengthen your body, mind and spirit! Celebrate womanhood and improve issues of body- image, self esteem.
