Latin Dance Cardio

This is a cardio class of “easy-to-follow” Latin style high and low dance aerobics.  It is open to all levels and to everyone who wants to move, have fun and dance the merengue, cumbia, salsa, reggaeton and other international dance moves. 

Clothing

Since you will be dancing, please wear clothing that is comfortable for exercising.
