	Academic Calendar

The Javelina softball team, fresh off of clinching second place in the Lone Star Conference South Division on Friday, struggled Saturday, losing a pair at Eastern New Mexico.

The Javelinas lost the opener 3-0 and the nightcap 5-1. Texas A&M-Kingsville is now 32-18 overall and 15-9 in the LSC South while Eastern New Mexico clinched the final spot in next week's LSC Tournament by improving to 29-17 overall and 11-13 in league play.

The Javelinas will now face Central Oklahoma, the #3 seed out of the North Division, Thursday night in the first round of the LSC Tournament in Irving.
Saturday, the Javelina managed only one run on eight hits in the two games.
Ma'lia Guerra (Falfurrias) was the only player to have hits in both games.
