Supervises the Title V SI Program each semester by identifying at-risk courses to be facilitated by SI Sessions and hiring, training and supervising SI Leaders paired with each section.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Meeting and collaborating with faculty to ensure support for their class objectives
- Evaluating and observing SI Sessions to provide feedback to SI Leaders
- Collecting and calculating the End-of-Semester surveys and course data
- Measuring the results of student final grades to assess and ensure efficacy of the program.
