To develop and expand Texas A&M University-Kingsville’s capacity to support graduate students and programs through the development and support of innovative programs, best practices and services designed to encourage achievement beyond the bachelors degree.

Our Programs

Supporting Graduate Student Success at Texas A&M University-Kingsville

Goal:  To provide scholarship support and professional development enhancing graduate student achievement and competitiveness upon degree completion.

Building Capacity in Graduate Education at TAMUK.

Goal:  To equip Intelligent Classrooms and upgrade scientific equipment in graduate education classrooms and laboratories and support campus-wide initiatives.

Our Outcomes

  • Increased numbers of students will complete graduate degrees in a timely manner
  • Institutional capacity for teaching/learning will be strengthened
  • Students will develop presentation and publication skills appropriate to the workforce
