Daniel, Kinghorn and Zhang Add to CBA Research

Dr. Jose Luis Daniel has a Ph.D. in International Business with a concentration of Management and an MBA from Texas A&M International. His current research interests include workplace spirituality, subcultures, and job performance. He has published in journals such as Management Research Review, Journal of Management Development and Advances in Business Research  He has taught courses such as Leadership, Organizational Behavior, International Business and Operations Management. He also received honors and recognition such as Excellence in Teaching Award from Saint Xavier University.

Dr. Brent Kinghorn has a Ph.D. in Management from New Mexico State University, an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University.  Prior to joining Texas A&M-Kingsville, he was an Assistant Professor at Montana State University, Billings.  His research interests include entrepreneurial recognition, small business innovation, research techniques, and classroom pedagogy.  He has published in journals such as American Journal of Management, Journal of Strategic Innovation and Sustainability, Business Journal of Entrepreneurs, and Journal of Leadership, Accountability, and Ethics.  Dr. Kinghorn has been honored with several teaching awards from both faculty and student organizations.

Dr. Zhuofan Zhang has a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration of Marketing from the University of Texas at El Paso, and an MBA from Oklahoma State University. Her current research interests cover multiple sub-areas including experiential consumption, branding, social media, promotion strategies, and international marketing strategies. She has working papers targeted journals such as Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology, and Journal of Interactive Marketing. She has taught courses such as Principles of Marketing and International Marketing. She also received honors and recognitions such as Dodson Research Grant at the University of Texas at El Paso for actively working on dissertation and projects, and Doctoral Consortium fellowship at Academy of Marketing Science conference.
