The College of Business Administration is proud to be collaborating with the Kleberg Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Kingsville Chamber of Commerce to host this event that will provide an additional dimension to ethical awareness and responsibility to our students and residents of Kingsville and the surrounding communities.
This year’s presentation will a focus on business ethics. Cynthia Cooper, one of Time Magazine’s Persons of the Year, an internationally recognized speaker, best-selling author and consultant will be the featured speaker presenting “How Bright Lines Can Fade to Shades of Gray; Navigating Everyday Problems and Ethical Dilemmas.”
Cynthia Cooper and her team unraveled the fraud at WorldCom, to date one of the largest corporate frauds in history. She was named one of Time Magazine’s Persons of the Year. In addition to Cynthia, the designation has been given to seven women including Madame Chiang Kai-Shek, Elizabeth II and Corazon Aquino. She was also featured as one of 25 influential working mothers in Working Mother magazine.
