Before Teaching:

Graduated in 2011 from TAMUK with a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology. Amanda attending graduate school at TAMUK also and graduated with her M.S. in Psychology in 2013. After graduation, she worked as a Chemical Dependency Counselor in an outpatient setting while working on her M.A. in Sociology. She plans to obtain her LPC in the near future.

Family Information:

Amanda was born and raised in Kingsville. Amanda is an only child. She has two young boys, Sylus 7 years old and Tyler 11 months. Sylus has a great interest in Dinosaur and anything Dinosaur related. Tyler (Ty) shows interest in all his big brother's toys.
