Bachelor of Arts in English
Advising:
Freshman and sophomore English majors see university advisors to create their schedules for classes.
Junior and Senior English majors will see English faculty advisors to get advised. Second-semester juniors should enroll for ENGL 4114, Senior Portfolio, which is a requirement to graduate. Through the portfolio course, you will have the chance to present a professional-style conference paper.
Seniors who are preparing to graduate need to schedule a degree audit through the college of Arts and Sciences to ensure that all requirements are met before graduating.
Please see the Chair of the Department or a faculty advisor for additional questions you may have about required courses.
