Current Research:  Isolation, characterization and cloning of components in venoms having relevance in the treatment of strokes, heart attacks, cancers and envenomations (venom neutralization).

Best Advice Ever Received:  Love your job and you will never work a day of your life.

Hobbies:  Going to the movies with my kids, jogging, traveling, and snake hunting.

What Influenced you to study Chemistry:  Mrs. Mucchetti my Falfurrias High School biology teacher.
