Equipment Checkout Policy

  • Only an authorized a team of RTF students and faculty may check out cameras, audio and related equipment. 
  • A production team must have a designated producer, director and cinematographer. 
  • Non-RTF students may be part of a production team.
  • Non-RTF students may initiate a project but the team must include an RTF student as the cinematographer.  (RTF students may hold other positions in the team.)

Monday – Thursday, Manning Hall, Room 170

9 a.m. - noon

1 – 4 p.m.

Fridays

1 – 4 p.m.

Reservations are required 24-hours in advance, and may be made via email, menda.eulenfeld@tamuk.edu, telephone, 361-593-3489, or in person at Manning Hall, Office Rm. 170.

  • Equipment will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • All equipment must be checked out in-person.  (You cannot send someone else over with your student card to checkout equipment.)
  • ONLY approved equipment listed on the signed Authorization Form will be checked out.
