Hong, Jung and Lelkes Add to CBA Research

Dr. Michelle Hong

Dr. Michelle Hong has a Ph.D. in Business Management from Virginia Tech, an MBA from Syracuse University and a B.A. from the University of Toronto. Prior to joining Texas A&M University-Kingsville, she was a visiting assistant professor at Appalachian State University. Her research interests are in the areas of emotional labor, workplace ethics, and entrepreneurship. She has published in journals such as Business Ethics Quarterly, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Venturing, and Business & Professional Ethics Journal. She has taught courses such as Organizational Behavior, Contemporary Leadership and International Management. Some of her honors and recognitions include the Excellent Graduate Teacher Award from Virginia Tech and the Founder’s Award from the Society for Business Ethics. 


Dr. Seung Hwan Jung

Dr. Seung Hwan Jung has a Ph.D. in Operations and Manufacturing Management from Washington University in St. Louis, an M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Hanyang University. His research interests are in the areas of supply chain management, operations strategy, sustainability, practice-based OM and operations-finance interface. He has working papers under review in journals such as Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, and Production and Operations Management. He has taught courses such as Applied Business Statistics, and Stochastic Models of Production and Service Systems. Some of his honors and recognitions include the Moog Scholar Award for Exceptional Advancement and Progress, and the Doctoral Fellowship, both from Washington University.


Dr. Anne-Marie Lelkes

Dr. Anne-Marie Lelkes is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and a B.A. from Cameron University. Prior to joining Texas A&M University-Kingsville, she was an assistant professor at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Her research interests are in the areas of auditing and cost analysis. She has published in journals such as Journal of Cost Analysis and Parametrics, Advances in Management Accounting, and Management Accounting Quarterly. In 2016, Dr. Lelkes received Second Place in the University Excellence Award in Research and Scholarly Activity at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
