Ricki Cunningham

Broker, Owner, Coldwell Banker-Homestead Properties, Inc.

Born and raised in the South Texas area, Ricki is married to Tom Cunningham, Regional Vice President with 1st Community Bank Home Loan Center, and they have one grown son, Jared, who lives in the San Antonio area.

Giving has always been a part of Ricki's life.  As a lifelong resident of Kingsville, with small detours to Australia, San Antonio and Houston, she understands and cares for the people, the culture and the community.  Those who know her have seen Ricki wear many different hats!  She is very active in her church, teaching Sunday School and singing in the choir!  She is a past president of the Woman's Club of Kingsville, The Kingsville Garden Club and Business and Professional Women's Club. She is a member of the Kingsville Noon Rotary Club and serves on the President's Legacy Ball Committee at Texas A&M University-Kingsville.

"I believe that I am here on earth to make a difference in people's lives,” she says.” “I have been so fortunate and believe in giving back to the community and to the world at large."

Ricki has found that one of the ways that she can help people is through her career as a realtor.  It is here that she provides people with opportunities.  She knows that a home is more than a place where people live, eat and sleep– it is where people raise their families and build their future.

Professionally, Ricki is involved on the local and state level of the Association of Realtors.  As a three-time past president, she has held virtually every office in the Kingsville Board of Realtors and she has been named "Realtor of the Year" three times during her career.  She serves on the state level as a trustee for the Texas Realtors Political Action Committee, which involves her in helping to present our state legislators with legislation that is important to real estate professionals, as well as protecting private property rights in the State of Texas!

"It is thrilling to have a challenge and know that I can make it work through dedication, hard work, knowledge and tenacity!”
